Poonawatta Estate The Eden Riesling is handpicked from the low yielding estate vineyard. The vines were planted by founders Sue and John Holt in 1972.

Only the free run juice is taken for vinification, ensuring the wine is a true expression of the Riesling variety, the vineyard site and the Eden Valley region. The juice is fermented in tank.

Straw green, Poonawatta Estate The Eden Riesling is awash with citrus flavours and mineral acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
